Wristband Nation takes the privacy of our citizens, customers, and website visitors very seriously. That is why we have provided a comprehensive Privacy Policy that addresses the issues of concern, including:

Whenever we need to collect financial information necessary to fulfill an online order that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. We employ a 128 bit SSL security encryption throughout the checkout process. You can verify this when placing your order by looking for a closed lock icon, "https" at the beginning of the web address, and/or the SSL certificate on the bottom corner of our web pages.


While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your financial credit card information offline with the same level of security throughout our intranet and network resources. These security procedures are in place to protect the misuse of your information. We do not store financial credit card information.


Information Collection and Sharing

WristbandNation.com will never share, sell, or rent your information with any third party outside of our organization. The only exception is when it is necessary to fulfill your order request - this includes shipping and delivery. In cases of possible fraudulent activity due to reverse and/or failed payments we reserve the right to provide information to credit agencies and other collection services.

Copyright Policy:


Wristband Nation fully supports and respects the creative works and Intellectual Property of others. We do not produce custom wristbands that contain any copyrighted, trademarked, and/or patent protected material. This includes, but is not limited to: protected phrases, logos, graphics, and/or word marks. If you wish to include any such protected property in an order written consent and authorization from the copyright, trademark, and/or patent holder, whether an organization or individual, must be provided. WristbandNation.com is not liable for any violations of protected works, including copyright infringement, therefore the purchasing customer will assume complete and full liability for violations in cases where proper documentation and authorization was not submitted. Additionally, Wristband Nation reserves the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate, obscene,or offensive languages and/or images.  If an order is so refused, the purchasing customer will be given the opportunity to alter the message or receive a full refund.



Payment Policy:


For ease and accessibility WristbandNation.com accepts the following forms of payment:

• Checks, money orders, and electronic wire transfers are accepted only from establisehd organizations, schools, churches, and government entities

Wristband Nation is not responsible for order delays due to customer payment issues. Issues include, but are not limited to: declined credit cards, processing time for checks and money orders, and delays in receiving and verifying documentation, when applicable. All custom wristband orders are non-refundable unless there is a production error. For all credit card orders, the credit card billing address must match the shipping address.



International Shipping Policy:


For International orders outside the U.S. additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs may be incurred and in most cases are billed by our standard carriers, Fedex and UPS. The amount of such varies depending on each country's local laws and regulations and are not included in the shipping prices listed on our site. Please verify or get an estimate of these fees before placing an international order. We are not responsible for these charges and/or delays due to international custom regulations and those incurred through them, Fedex and/or UPS. They are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will do our best to provide up-to-date and accurate information as it is updated through our carriers.


*Wristband Nation wants to provide the our international citizens and customers the opportunity to create, order, and receive our quality wristbands. We will always be working to improve our process.


Please Note: Wristband Nation currently ships within the continental U.S. and Canada.




Cancellation Return, and Refund Policy:


Wristband Nation will accept cancellations and return of items with a full refund if we are notified of the cancellation and return before the order is in the production process. (to check your order status click here). For cancellations and return of items after the order has gone into production a 35% mold fee will be assessed. Our quality silicone wristbands and products are produced by utilizing unique molds that are created to match each order's custom specifications. If it happens that there is a production error, Returns of only the affected items are accepted within 10 days of customer receipt of items. All Returns must include (1) an authorization number, (2) a copy of the invoice, and (3) all items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Note: Wristband Nation is unable to cover any shipping expenses resulting from returns and is not liable for any shipping errors made by a 3rd party carrier. Otherwise, All Sales are Final. Please, contact us if you have any concerns regarding your orders, our Customer Service Representatives will always be here to help you. We do strive for satisfaction!


*And don 't forget to Be Attentive! It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review their online order and contact Wristband Nation if there are concerns regarding incorrect customer input of specifications including messages, sizes, colors, and/or styles after the order is taken, but before production. In regards to orders placed by phone Wristband Nation will send an email confirmation that the customer must verify before the order/re-order is sent into production. In all other instances, Wristband Nation will never alter a customer's custom specifications without written instruction, therefore orders will be placed exactly as it is specified by the customer online. We do it the way You want it.
