Movember, also known as No-Shave November, is upon us. It is the time of year when men grace their faces with magnificent mustaches for a good cause. The best thing about any cause is that there is always away to show support, even if, like me, you can’t grow a mustache. I would suggest donating to men’s health, becoming aware, or even rocking a mustache wristband. Anything that can initiate the spread of more information concerning men’s health.
History of Movember

Recently, the staff of Wristband Nation was lucky enough to visit one of Houston’s most delicious and original food trucks, Wokker TX Ranger. Even Wristband Nation’s very own resident vegetables hater was impressed by Wokker TX Ranger’s Brussel sprouts.
We were also excited to see that we were not the only ones impressed by Wokker TX Ranger. Local news KHOU found the food truck deserving of recognition and dubbed them food truck of the week. ...... More

November 13th is World Kindness Day. Which got me thinking, when was the last time I did something kind for a perfect stranger? Lucky for me, it wasn’t too long ago. Just last week I helped an elderly man return a movie to Redbox.
How did the opportunity present itself (I’m sure you’re asking yourself)?
